Eugene Toye

Eugene began his career on the west coast of Canada, followed by a four-year stint in Los Angeles, to further his training with the Vidal Sassoon team. After moving to New York in 1994, Eugene trained under and assisted Oribe, where he continued to work as a freelance hairstylist until relocating to the Rita Hazan Salon.
Having my clients entrust me with their outer physical appearance and creating a look that has a positive effect on their inner well-being is something I find so rewarding about my career as a stylist.
Eugene has worked backstage at the biggest runway shows for the world's top fashion designers in Paris, Milan and New York including: Alberta Ferrertti, Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Michael Kors, Jean Paul Gaultier and Valentino. He has also worked with dozens of A-List celebrities and models such as: Ashley Simpson, Ashley Judd, Jessica Simpson, Brooke Shields, Carmen Electra, Jaime Pressly, Janice Dickson, Jennifer Esposito, Kim Cattrall, Christy Turlington, Claudia Schiffer, Elle McPherson, Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell, Patti Hansen, Duchess Of York Sarah Ferguson, and Kelly Klein. His work has been shown on major television shows and in magazines, not limited to: CNN's Style Report, E! Entertainment, The View, Cosmopolitan, Details, Glamour, New York Times, Tatler and Us Weekly.
